Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with me! I’m committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly. Please take a moment to read through my shipping policy.

Order Processing Times
I process orders as quickly as possible, but processing times vary depending on the types of items in your order. Here’s what you can expect:
- In-stock items (including in-stock cold processed soaps): Orders containing only in-stock items will ship within 2 business days.
- Made-to-order items: Orders containing made-to-order items will ship within 3-4 business days.
- Printed items (with my artwork): Orders with items that feature my artwork and are printed by a third-party printer will ship within 3-5 business days, or 5-7 business days during busy seasons.

Cold processed soap (made to order): Orders containing cold processed soap, which requires curing time, will ship within 8 weeks.
If your order contains items with different processing times, the order will ship at the time the item(s) with the longest processing time are ready. For example, if you order a made-to-order item and an in-stock item together, the entire order will ship once the made-to-order item is ready.
However, if your order contains items that are shipped from different locations (e.g., items shipped by me and items printed by a third-party), those items will be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Please note that the processing time shown to you at checkout may not be accurate. This is because I have to enter just one processing time into the system(I chose 3 days) even though the processing time actually varies by location. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Your order will be sent by USPS or UPS, depending on who offers the best rate available for your order. Here’s an overview of the available shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (for most orders under 1 lb): Typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Priority, Air, or Select Shipping (usually for orders weighing 1 lb or more): Typically takes 2-4 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $35 will incur a flat rate of $7.50 for shipping anywhere in the U.S.
- Orders $35 and above ship free anywhere in the U.S.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, I will send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package and know when to expect it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact me at customerservice@lilyandfigs.com within 7 days of receiving your tracking number. I’ll do everything I can to help resolve the issue and make sure you’re taken care of.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, contact me immediately at customerservice@lilyandfigs.com. While I can’t guarantee I’ll see your message in time, I will do my best to make the change before shipping.
Address Verification
If I notice any issues with the shipping address (like a typo or missing information), I will reach out to confirm the correct details before shipping. If I don’t hear back from you the same day, I will proceed with shipping the order to the address provided or, in the event that the carrier will not accept the address as written, I will ship to the corrected address suggested by the system.
Odd or Multiple Orders
Occasionally, I may receive orders that seem unusual—such as multiple orders of the same single item shipped to the same address. If I notice something that seems odd or out of the ordinary with your order which I suspect may be a mistake, I will reach out to confirm that you intended to place that order. If I don’t hear from you the same day, I will go ahead and ship the order as is.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with your order! If something arrives damaged or if the wrong item is shipped, please reach out to me right away at customerservice@lilyandfigs.com. I’ll be happy to make it right and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
International Shipping
I currently do not offer international shipping but plan to add that option in the future. Please check back soon for updates!
